About

Before you wander through my website, here’s a quick bit about myself. I am a Renaissance Woman—curious, creative, and committed to lifelong learning. I’ve spent much of my life exploring diverse skills, from farming to being a homeless street kid when I was a teenager and topics ranging from, homesteading, sexual freedom, to community inclusion, but I always return to connection:

connection to our world, to our past, present, and future selves, our communities, bloodline, and chosen families—

all woven into our body, mind, and spirit.

Wellness coaching grew out of my deep desire to see people thrive and fully step into themselves. I have witnessed that when someone is offered a safe, supportive space to move beyond preconceived notions, they truly begin to thrive and continue on their healing path. By giving space to listen and trust their intuition—along with sharing knowledge and resources—I open a clear dialogue that helps them believe in what their inner voice has been saying all along. At the heart of this work is the essential truth: you are worthy of love.

Vision

Back in 2000–2001, during my second year at Fuller Circles School for Therapeutic Massage—having returned 11 years after first completing my training in 1990—I was preparing to sit for my national license. One of my instructors spoke about our energetic selves, describing what happens when we enter a room and settle into the center: even after sitting, there are layers of our energy still arriving. I loved this analogy. For me, it mirrors how our cells present from macro to micro.

What I visualize when we sit, the first layer expresses our presence—a wish to be accepted both as a person of value and as a body of knowledge. The second layer is how we obtained that knowledge. The third is our faith in ourselves—do I trust what I know? The fourth, our sense of worth—how it shapes how we show up. And the fifth, the generational influences that live within us—beliefs and patterns handed down by parents and grandparents. (I suspect there's more than 5 layers, but as an example five felt like a good number.)

All of this is woven into our health and well-being. To these layers, I have added the understanding of herbs that I’ve worked with and studied for the last thirty years, together with the principles of food as medicine, the body–mind connection, and the way our cellular memory holds story and wisdom. This perspective integrates everything I practice—overlaying the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of health into one interconnected system that continually seeks balance and expression.
